The Macassa mine is an operational underground gold mine located in Kirkland Lake, northeastern Ontario, Canada. It is 100% owned and operated by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. The primary commodity is gold, with silver as a by-product. The mine celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2023 and poured its six millionth ounce of gold.

In 2025, production was 312,729 ounces of gold. Guidance for 2026 is a mid-point of 315,000 ounces of gold. As of December 31, 2025, proven and probable gold mineral reserves were 2.2 million ounces of gold.
