Mining Network International

Last updated: March 2026

Mining Network International ("MNI", "we", "us" or "our") is a global platform serving audiences and advertisers across multiple regions. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use and protect information. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, applications and related services (collectively, the "Platform") and explains our practices in Australian English for clarity across our international audience.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly (such as name, email and contact details when you sign up, contact us or use certain features), and information collected automatically when you use our Platform, including through cookies and similar technologies as described below.

Accounts. If you create an account, we use industry-standard authentication and database services (currently Supabase) to store credentials and profile details needed to operate sign-in, profiles and authorised dashboard features.

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we process the details you provide (such as email and message) to respond to your enquiry and to operate and improve our services.

MNI AI. If you use the MNI AI assistant while signed in with a verified email, your questions and conversation context are processed using Google's AI services (alongside data we retrieve from our own database to ground answers). Do not submit sensitive personal or confidential information you do not want processed for that purpose.

2. Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Platform. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as how often users visit the site, which pages they visit, and how they move around the site. This helps us improve our content and user experience. We only enable analytics and non-essential cookies after you have given your consent via our cookie banner. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies at any time; your choice is stored in your browser and we will not load analytics tracking until you have accepted.

The data we see from Google Analytics is aggregated and anonymised where possible. We use it to analyse trends, administer the Platform and gather broad demographic and geographic information. We do not use analytics to identify or profile individual users for advertising in a personally identifiable way. Our use of Google Analytics is consistent with our commitment to global privacy standards and with Google's policies where we operate.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Platform, to communicate with you (including in response to enquiries), to personalise your experience where you have agreed to cookies, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal details to anyone. We do not share your personal details with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data shared with advertisers

It is our policy not to provide advertisers with personal information that identifies you, and we do not sell your personal details. Where we share or report audience or usage insights with advertisers or partners, we aim to use aggregated or anonymised information only, not data that identifies individuals. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or profiling.

5. Global platform

Our Platform is used globally. Data may be processed in Australia and in other countries where our service providers operate (for example Google for analytics and AI, Supabase for authentication and data hosting, and Mapbox for maps). We take steps to ensure that your information is protected in line with applicable privacy laws and this policy, regardless of where it is processed.

6. Your choices and rights

You can control cookies through our cookie consent banner and your browser settings. If you have an account, you may access or update your profile and contact preferences. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (for example, access, correction, deletion or portability of your data). To exercise these or to ask questions about this policy, please contact us using the details on our Contact page.

7. Security and retention

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or as required by law.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Terms of Service. For questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us via our Contact page.
