Overview
The Gonneville Project, operated by Chalice Mining Limited, is a significant critical minerals development located on Chalice-owned farmland about 70km north-east of Perth, Western Australia. Discovered in early 2020, it is considered the largest undeveloped palladium-nickel-copper project in the Western world. The project has been awarded 'Strategic Project' status by the Western Australian Government and 'Major Project Status' by the Australian Federal Government. A Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) completed in December 2025 outlines a two-stage, open-pit mine. The project is currently in the feasibility and permitting stage, with a final investment decision targeted for the first half of 2028 and construction potentially starting in 2028-29. Proposed mining operations are expected to begin in 2029. The project is notable for its suite of critical minerals, including palladium, platinum, nickel, copper, and cobalt, which are essential for decarbonisation technologies.

Overview
The Beverley North Uranium Mine is an in-situ recovery (ISR) uranium mine in South Australia, approximately 550 km north of Adelaide. Owned and operated by Heathgate Resources Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of General Atomics, it commenced production in 2011. Currently on care and maintenance due to market conditions, its infrastructure supports processing for the nearby Four Mile Uranium Mine.
Production
Due to the "care and maintenance" status, there has been no recent production from the Beverley North mine itself. Heathgate Resources files consolidated annual compliance reports for the Beverley, Beverley North, and Four Mile mines, which does not provide separate production figures for each mine.
Processing
The Beverley North mine was designed to have its ore processed through the main Beverley facility. The in-situ recovery process involves pumping a solution containing oxygen and a weak acid through the orebody to dissolve the uranium minerals. The uranium-rich solution is then pumped to the surface and loaded onto resin at a satellite plant before being transported for final processing.

Overview
The Beverley Uranium Mine, located in South Australia, is Australia's first operating in-situ recovery (ISR) mine. It commenced production in late 2000. Currently, the Beverley mine is on care and maintenance, with its processing plant being used to process uranium from the nearby Four Mile mine, which is also operated by Heathgate. The mine's infrastructure includes a processing plant, two satellite plants, a power plant, an airstrip, and camp accommodation for 180 people. Heathgate Resources has invested over $2 billion in mine infrastructure and plant across its operations. The company holds permits for ISR uranium in the Frome Basin and actively explores for more deposits, which offer the potential to extend operations at Beverley.
Production
Production overview - 2020: uranium 0 t; 2019: uranium 0 t.
Processing
The Beverley processing plant is now solely used to process ore from the Four Mile Uranium Mine. Ore is processed into uranium oxide concentrate (UOC), commonly termed yellowcake, and exported in powder form. The process involves extracting uranium from the mining solution using ion-exchange.

Overview
Andean Silver is conducting exploration and drilling with the aim of restarting the mine. A mining plan was expected to be submitted in the second half of 2025. An internal scoping study has commenced, with a feasibility study planned for completion in late 2026.
Production
The mine is not currently in production. Historically, from 1995 to 2016, the mine produced over 45 million ounces of silver and 650,000 ounces of gold.
Processing
The site includes an existing 1,500 tonnes per day (500,000 tonnes per year) flotation plant which is on "warm idle". There is consideration of potentially increasing the plant's capacity to 700,000 tonnes per year. Historical metallurgical recoveries were between 90-92% for silver and 89-91% for gold.
Equipment
The site has established infrastructure including the processing plant, a fully permitted tailings storage facility, power, and over 30km of established underground mines. Specific details on mobile and stationary equipment have not been released.
Expansion
Andean Silver has been actively engaged in an aggressive exploration and resource growth campaign since acquiring the project. The company is using three drill rigs for its 2025/2026 drilling program. The current plan is for a 10-year mine life, with a goal of extending this to 20 years.

Overview
Primarily an underground mine with an open pit. Open pit mining was suspended in July 2019 and is scheduled to recommence in 2027. Current production is from underground and surface low-grade stockpiled ore.
Production
Production overview - 2024: gold 42323 oz; 2022: gold 42300 oz.
Processing
The Björkdal plant uses conventional crushing and grinding, followed by a combination of gravity and flotation processing to recover gold into concentrates. The processing plant has a capacity of approximately 1.4 million tonnes per annum.
Expansion
A sustained exploration program is ongoing. Recent successes include the discovery of a new high-grade underground skarn zone, the Lake Zone Skarn, announced in July 2025, which is located near existing infrastructure and is expected to provide higher-grade ore to the mill in the near term. Another new mineralisation zone, the 'North Zone Below Marble', was announced in March 2025. There is also a focus on expanding the nearby Storheden deposit, located approximately 600 metres from the Björkdal mine. Drilling has extended the known mineralisation at Storheden, and it is seen as an opportunity to create a distinct new production area. In March 2026, a project was initiated to expand and raise the tailings dams to increase reservoir capacity for future mining operations, with completion expected in stages by 2027.
