Under Development
Gold
Mine life
1 years
Overview
The Eureka Gold Project is an open pit gold mine in Western Australia, currently under development. Initial plans project a 12-month operation, with mining scheduled to commence in Q2 2026 and ore processing starting in Q3 2026 at a third-party mill. A revised mining plan targets 39,000 recoverable ounces of gold from 698,887 tonnes of ore.
Production
Mining is scheduled to commence in the June quarter of 2026. Ore processing, to be handled by a third-party mill, is planned to start in the September quarter of 2026. A revised mining plan from August 2025 is based on mining 698,887 tonnes of ore to yield approximately 39,000 recoverable ounces of gold at a grade of 1.98 g/t Au.
Processing
Ore processing to be handled by a third-party mill. Javelin is in advanced discussions with nearby third-party mill operators, including the Paddington Mill located 20km south of the project.
Expansion
A diamond drilling program was completed in late 2025 to provide geotechnical information for pit designs, and a reverse circulation drilling program is planned for February 2026 to test for mineralisation extensions. As of July 2025, the project has a JORC Mineral Resource Estimate of 2.04 million tonnes at 1.69 g/t Au for 110,687 ounces of gold, which includes an Indicated Resource of 1.36 million tonnes at 1.8 g/t Au for 78,678 ounces.

Feasibility
LithiumTantalum
Overview
The Yinnetharra Lithium Project is located in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia, targeting lithium and tantalum. Metallurgical test work has achieved a saleable SC6 concentrate, and geotechnical and metallurgical studies have been completed to a DFS level on the M1 pegmatite.
Processing
Metallurgical test work has achieved a saleable SC6 concentrate. Geotechnical and metallurgical studies have been completed to a DFS level on the M1 pegmatite.
Equipment
As of June 2024, two drill rigs were operating at the Malinda prospect and one rig at the Jameson prospect. A Reverse Circulation (RC) drill rig was mobilising to the site in October 2025.
Expansion
A maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) was released in December 2023, followed by an updated MRE in March 2025 with 21.9Mt @ 1.0% Li2O and 39.4Mt @ 102ppm Ta2O5. The project's landholding was expanded to over 3,100km² through the acquisition of the Mortimer Hills and Aston Projects. A mining lease application for the Malinda area was submitted in November 2024. Environmental and heritage surveys have been completed over the Malinda area. Ongoing exploration includes a multi-rig campaign throughout 2024 and a Phase 1 RC program at the Jameson Prospect in late 2025.

Mt Ida Lithium Project

Western Australia, Australia · Open Pit

Under Development
LithiumTantalum
Mine life
10 years
Overview
The Mt Ida project is situated in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia, approximately 100 kilometres north-west of Menzies. It is fully permitted for both open pit and underground mining operations for lithium, tantalum, and rubidium. A Feasibility Study for a lithium concentrate project is underway.
Processing
Metallurgical test work has confirmed that the Mt Ida ore can produce tantalite, mica, and spodumene concentrates through a whole-of-ore flotation flowsheet. This process has shown the potential to recover approximately 90% of the rubidium in a mica pre-float stage. Downstream testing has successfully produced a 99.8% purity battery-grade lithium carbonate product from the mica concentrate.
Expansion
The demerger of gold assets into Ballard Mining allows Delta Lithium to focus on the development of its lithium and other critical mineral assets. There is an agreement in place for the proportional sharing of costs related to any shared infrastructure between Delta Lithium and Ballard Mining. Ongoing drilling for gold by Ballard Mining is providing additional geological data for the lithium, tantalum, and rubidium resources at a low cost to Delta Lithium.

Graphite
Mine life
40 years
Overview
A vertically integrated graphite mine and manufacturing operation, including an open-cut mine and a processing facility to produce Purified Spherical Graphite (PSG). The Siviour Graphite Deposit is the world's second-largest Proven Reserve of Graphite and the largest outside of Africa. A PSG demonstration facility is under construction in Adelaide.
Production
The operation is permitted to process up to 1.65 million tonnes of graphite ore per year, which would allow for the production of 150,000 tonnes of Graphite Concentrate annually. The downstream facility is planned to manufacture up to 100,000 tonnes per annum of PSG.
Processing
The project plans a two-stage processing approach. Stage 1 involves crushing, grinding, and a flotation circuit to produce Graphite Concentrate with 94 to 96% carbon content. Stage 2 is a downstream operation to manufacture Purified Spherical Graphite (PSG) through milling and a low-temperature caustic roast purification process, which is an eco-friendly, HF-free method.
