Overview
The Cosmos Project, wholly owned by IGO Limited, is located 30 kilometres north of Leinster in Western Australia and includes the Odysseus underground mine. The project was placed on care and maintenance in January 2024 due to reduced mine life, project delays, increased capital and operating costs, and deteriorating commodity prices. Prior to this, the upgraded processing plant commenced ore commissioning in late 2023, producing its first concentrate in mid-November 2023.
Production
Between 6 November 2023 and 22 May 2024, approximately 295,000 tonnes of ore from the Odysseus mine were processed.
Processing
The on-site processing plant, which had been upgraded, commenced ore commissioning in late 2023, producing its first concentrate in mid-November 2023. The plant achieved its nameplate throughput rate during the commissioning phase.
Equipment
all-electric underground fleet
Expansion
The company will also assess further exploration at the AM5 and AM6 orebodies.

Overview
The mine's status has changed from 'under development' to 'Active'. The Phase 1 concentrator began operations and produced its first batch of platinum-palladium-nickel-rhodium-gold-copper concentrate on November 18, 2025. The first sale of concentrate was made to Northam Platinum in the fourth quarter of 2025. The concentrator is currently processing lower-grade development ore and is expected to ramp up to 80% of its nameplate capacity by mid-2026, following the commissioning of Shaft #3.
Production
770,000 tonnes per annum milling capacity
Processing
The Phase 1 concentrator has a milling capacity of 770,000 tonnes per annum. The mine will produce a polymetallic concentrate containing platinum, palladium, rhodium, gold, nickel, and copper.
Equipment
Underground mining is conducted via shaft access. Shaft #3 is scheduled to be ready for hoisting in April 2026, which will increase the mine's total hoisting capacity to approximately 5 million tonnes per annum.
Expansion
The mine is being developed through a phased approach. Phase 1: Currently in operation with a 770 ktpa concentrator. Phase 2: Development is underway to expand processing capacity to 4.1 million tonnes per annum, targeting completion in Q4 2027. This phase is expected to increase annual production to approximately 450,000 ounces of platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold (3PE+Au), plus over 30 million pounds of nickel and copper. Phase 3: A preliminary economic assessment covers a potential further expansion to 10.7 Mtpa of processing capacity, which would double the annualised 3PE+Au production to over 1 million ounces.

Overview
The Platreef Mine officially opened and produced its first concentrate on November 18, 2025. The first sale of this concentrate was completed to Northam Platinum in late Q4 2025. The mine is currently in Phase 1 of a multi-phased development. The Phase 1 concentrator is ramping up, initially processing lower-grade development ore, with the expectation to reach 80% of its nameplate capacity by mid-2026.
Production
As the mine commenced operations in late 2025, no official annual production figures for grades and outputs have been released for that year. The initial feed for the concentrator consists of lower-grade development ore.
Processing
The Phase 1 concentrator has a milling capacity of 770,000 tonnes per annum. The main mining methods will be longhole stoping and drift-and-fill. Underground development is advancing on the 750-metre and 850-metre levels.
Equipment
The mine has taken delivery of battery-electric underground equipment, including an ST14 scooptram and a Manitou MHTX 790 telehandler.
Expansion
A significant, multi-phase expansion is underway. The completion of Shaft #3, expected by April 2026, will increase the mine's hoisting capacity five-fold to 5 million tonnes per annum, which will support both Phase 1 and the subsequent Phase 2 expansion. The Phase 2 expansion is targeted for completion in Q4 2027 and is expected to increase annual production to approximately 450,000 ounces of platinum, palladium, rhodium, and gold (3PE+Au), plus over 30 million pounds of nickel and copper. A future Phase 3 expansion is planned to further double annual production to over 1 million ounces of 3PE+Au.

Overview
Located 400km east of Perth in Western Australia, the site was previously known as the Forrestania Operation, a nickel mining facility operated by IGO Limited. Production at the underground nickel mines, Flying Fox and Spotted Quoll, ceased in September 2024 as the operation reached the end of its economic resources, and the site was transitioned to care and maintenance. Following the acquisition by Medallion Metals in March 2026, the project was renamed the Forrestania Gold Project (FGP). It is now positioned as Medallion's long-term gold processing and development hub.
Production
Production overview - 2023: nickel 22915 t.
Processing
The Forrestania Gold Project includes the Cosmic Boy processing plant and associated infrastructure. Medallion Metals intends to modify the existing sulphide flotation plant to process gold and copper ore from its Ravensthorpe Gold Project. The company's feasibility study for the integrated project confirmed a processing pathway using flotation and carbon-in-leach technology at the Cosmic Boy facility.
Expansion
Medallion Metals is progressing technical work to support the development of the Forrestania Gold Project as a central processing hub. This is a key component of the company's broader "Sulphide Development Strategy". A December 2024 scoping study for the integrated Ravensthorpe-Forrestania project indicated a pre-production capital requirement of $73 million, which covers mine establishment at Ravensthorpe and modifications to the Cosmic Boy processing plant. A Final Investment Decision for the integrated project was targeted for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Production
Production overview - 2025: zinc 203168 t; 2024: zinc 50307 t.
Processing
The mine has a new concentrator, which was completed in May 2024. Its initial capacity was 800,000 tonnes of ore per annum. A debottlenecking program completed in 2025 increased the throughput capacity by 20% to 960,000 tonnes of ore per annum. The plant uses dense media separation, milling, and flotation.

Overview
The Platreef PGM-Nickel Mine, located in the Limpopo Province of South Africa, is a tier-one discovery of platinum-group metals, nickel, copper and gold. The mine is situated on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex, approximately 280 km northeast of Johannesburg.
Production
Phase 1 involves a 770-ktpa concentrator. Phase 2 is an expansion to 4.1 Mtpa of processing capacity, expected to increase annualised production to approximately 450,000 ounces of platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold (3PE+Au), plus by-products. Phase 3 is a potential further expansion to 10.7 Mtpa, scaling up annualised production to over 1.0 million ounces of 3PE+Au, plus approximately 25,000 tonnes of nickel and 15,000 tonnes of copper.
Processing
Phase 1 involves a 770-ktpa concentrator; first production of concentrate; ramp-up of the Phase 1 concentrator; first sale of concentrate.
Expansion
The mine is being developed in three phases. Phase 1 involves a 770-ktpa concentrator which is now ramping up. Phase 2 is an expansion to 4.1 Mtpa of processing capacity, which is on track for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. Phase 3 is a potential further expansion to 10.7 Mtpa, which has been evaluated in a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).
