Rare Earths Norway AS is a private Norwegian critical minerals company established in 2016 to develop the Fen Carbonatite Complex in Telemark, regarded as Europe’s largest documented rare earth deposit. The company is focused on advancing Fen toward mine development and future rare earth production for European supply chains. In March 2026, Rare Earths Norway announced an updated JORC resource estimate of 15.9 million tonnes of total rare earth oxides in indicated and inferred categories, with about 19 per cent comprising neodymium and praseodymium. In April 2026, Norway’s government took over planning for the project to accelerate development.
