The Slick Rock Project is a conventional uranium and vanadium project located in San Miguel County, Colorado. It comprises 315 contiguous mineral lode claims covering approximately 5,333 acres.

The Workman Creek Project is a conventional uranium project at the development and exploration stage in Gila County, central Arizona. It consists of 198 unpatented mining claims covering approximately 3,871 acres. An updated 2023 inferred mineral resource estimate is 4,459,000 lbs eU3O8 at 0.113% eU3O8 grade. The project area hosted 18 historic uranium mines (1953-1960) with underground adits and small open cuts. Uranium mineralisation is hosted in flat-lying quartzite.

The Los Cuatros Project, operated by Uranium Energy Corp (UEC), is an exploration-stage uranium project located in Maricopa County, Arizona, in the United States. Formerly known as the New River Project, the site is situated on state lands in a region with a history of mining. UEC holds a 100% interest in the project.

The Anderson Project is situated in Yavapai County in west-central Arizona, approximately 75 miles northwest of Phoenix. The project spans 8,268 acres, consisting of 386 unpatented lode mining and placer claims and one section of Arizona State land. The project is considered to be at an advanced stage. However, as of 2025, it is still classified as being in the exploration stage. The proposed mining method is a combination of conventional open-pit and underground mining. The northern part of the project area contains the open-pit resource, while the southern section holds the underground resource.

Metallurgical testing has shown that uranium can be recovered using conventional heap leach methods. The process would involve producing loaded resin to be transported to the White Mesa Mill located near Blanding, Utah.

The West Ranch project is situated in northwestern New Mexico, at the northwest end of the Ambrosia Lake trend within the Grants Uranium District. The project consists of approximately 3,180 acres of lode mining claims and private leases. Historical drilling by previous owners indicated the presence of uranium mineralisation.

The Charlie Project is a uranium project located in Johnson County, Wyoming, United States. It is owned by Uranium Energy Corp (UEC). The project is at an exploration stage, although it is intended to be mined as part of the Christensen Ranch mine plan. The planned mining method is In-Situ Recovery (ISR).

UEC intends to update the existing Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality Permit to Mine to current standards for ISR mining and incorporate the project as two additional Mine Units of the Christensen Ranch Project.

As part of Uranium Energy Corp's Wyoming hub-and-spoke strategy, uranium recovered from the Barge project will be processed at the central processing plant (CPP) at Irigaray. The Irigaray plant has a licensed production capacity of 4.0 million pounds of U3O8 per year.

The property consists of 120 claims and one lease, totalling 3,014.48 acres. The project is situated along a U3O8 mineralised Wind River Formation trend. UEC had plans for approximately 16,000 feet of drilling on the property in 2008 and intended to acquire an additional 700 acres by staking 34 more mining claims.

The Jackpot Mine Project is an asset of Uranium Energy Corp (UEC) located in Wyoming, United States, and is part of the Green Mountain Project. It is a permitted project for conventional mining methods, currently listed as an open pit mine, though historically considered for underground mining.

Acquired by UEC as part of the Green Mountain Project along with the Sweetwater Uranium Complex from a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, finalised in December 2024.

The Sweetwater Project is being advanced as Uranium Energy Corp's third hub-and-spoke production platform. In August 2025, the project was designated for fast-track permitting by the U.S. Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council to add in-situ recovery (ISR) capability. This will make the Sweetwater facility the largest dual-feed uranium facility in the United States, licensed to process both conventional ore and ISR resin. Engineering plans for the refurbishment of the mill and for the addition of ISR processing capabilities have been initiated. A 200-hole delineation drilling program for the first wellfield at Sweetwater commenced on 2 March 2026. A Plan of Operations was submitted to the Bureau of Land Management on 14 November 2025. Uranium Energy Corp has stated that the acquisition of the project included over 175 million pounds of historic uranium resources, though these are historical estimates. The company announced in June 2025 that it expected to issue a Technical Report Summary for the Great Divide Basin Hub-and-Spoke, which includes the Sweetwater Project, by the end of fiscal 2025.

The Irigaray facility is a Central Processing Plant (CPP) that serves as the hub for Uranium Energy Corp's satellite in-situ recovery (ISR) projects in the Powder River Basin. Uranium-loaded resin from satellite operations, such as the recently restarted Christensen Ranch project, is transported to the Irigaray plant for processing. In February 2025, the Irigaray plant achieved a key milestone by producing its first drummed uranium concentrate since the restart of operations. The plant is now operating on a 24/7 basis after a full refurbishment of the calciner to increase throughput of dried yellowcake.

The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality has approved an increase in the Irigaray plant's licensed production capacity from 2.5 million pounds of U3O8 per year to 4.0 million pounds of U3O8 per year.

The uranium recovered is processed at UEC's Irigaray Central Processing Plant (CPP), which serves as the hub for its projects in the Powder River Basin. The first drummed uranium concentrate from this renewed operation was produced in February 2025.
