Overview
The Forrestania Operation, previously a nickel mine operated by IGO Limited, was sold to Medallion Metals Limited on 2 March 2026 and renamed the Forrestania Gold Project. Production ceased in September 2024, and it is now on care and maintenance. Medallion plans to repurpose the Cosmic Boy processing plant for regional gold and copper assets. IGO retained nickel and lithium exploration rights and a 1.5% net smelter return royalty on future gold production.

Workforce
The Nova Operation relies on a combination of local and Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) workforce arrangements.
Overview
The Nova Operation is located in the Fraser Range, approximately 160km east-northeast of Norseman in Western Australia. The operation consists of two underground orebodies, Nova and Bollinger. The Nova deposit was discovered in July 2012, with mine development commencing in January 2015 and commercial production starting in July 2017. In March 2025, IGO announced that the Nova Operation is expected to cease operations in late 2026. The company is planning for the mine's closure, with the submission of a final Mine Closure Plan anticipated for mid-2026.

Overview
IGO Limited transitioned the Cosmos Project into care and maintenance in June 2024 due to reduced mine life, delays, increased costs, and declining nickel prices. The company aims to preserve the option to restart if market conditions improve and is assessing further exploration.
Production
Processing plant has a nominal capacity of 1.1 million tonnes per annum. Nearly 295,000 tonnes of ore from the Odysseus mine were processed prior to ceasing operations on 22 May 2024.
Processing
refurbished and upgraded processing plant, first nickel concentrate produced, processing of existing ore stockpiles. The processing plant has a nominal capacity of 1.1 million tonnes per annum.
Equipment
all-electric underground fleet, 63-tonne trucks, loaders, ancillary and light vehicles
Expansion
IGO is assessing further exploration programs to potentially increase the mineral resource, with a focus on the AM5 and AM6 orebodies. The company intends to preserve the option to restart the project if market conditions improve.

Production
The Phase 1 concentrator produced its first concentrate on November 18, 2025, and is now in its ramp-up phase. The first sale of concentrate was made to Northam Platinum in the fourth quarter of 2025. The concentrator is initially processing lower-grade development ore and is expected to transition to higher-grade ore in the second quarter of 2026. By mid-2026, the concentrator is expected to operate at 80% of its capacity. Production guidance for 2026 has not yet been issued.
Processing
The mine is being developed in three phases. The Phase 1 concentrator has a milling capacity of 770,000 tonnes per annum. The Phase 2 expansion includes a new 3.3-million-tonne-per-annum concentrator module, bringing the total processing capacity to 4.1 million tonnes per annum. A potential Phase 3 expansion would increase processing capacity to 10.7 million tonnes per annum.
Equipment
Underground mining is conducted using mechanised methods, including long-hole stoping and drift-and-fill. Key infrastructure includes Shaft #1, which provides initial access for workers and materials. Shaft #2 is planned to be the main production shaft with a hoisting capacity of 8 million tonnes per annum. Shaft #3 is expected to be operational by April 2026, increasing the mine's total hoisting capacity five-fold to 5.0 million tonnes per annum, which will support the Phase 1 ramp-up and Phase 2 expansion. The mine also has a 5-megawatt solar power facility that was completed in the first quarter of 2025.
Expansion
Project development for the Phase 2 expansion is underway, with a targeted completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. The Phase 2 expansion is expected to increase average annual production to approximately 450,000 ounces of platinum, palladium, rhodium, and gold (3PE+Au), plus over 30 million pounds of nickel and copper. A Preliminary Economic Assessment has been completed for a future Phase 3 expansion, which would further increase annual production to over 1 million ounces of 3PE+Au. A $700 million senior project finance facility for the Phase 2 expansion has been signed.

Production overview - 2023: copper 393551 t; 2022: copper 333497 t.
Processing
The complex operates multiple concentrator plants. The process design for Phase 1, 2, and 3 concentrators is similar, utilising a commonality of spare parts. Key equipment includes energy-efficient HIGmill regrind mills, Larox PF 60 Series concentrate filters, and TankCell flotation cells from Metso Outotec. The mills are driven by WEG medium voltage VSDs and high voltage motors. A new, on-site direct-to-blister flash smelter with a capacity of 500,000 tonnes per annum commenced operations in late 2025. This smelter is the largest in Africa and is designed to process the majority of the copper concentrate produced by the complex.
Equipment
The underground mining fleet includes 65-tonne payload Minetruck MT65 S haulers, 18-tonne payload Scooptram ST18 S loaders, Boomer 282 face drilling rigs, and Simba E70 S production drilling rigs supplied by Epiroc. Additional underground equipment has been sourced from Sandvik and Normet Oy.
Expansion
The Phase 3 concentrator was completed in June 2024, increasing the total design processing capacity to 14.2 million tonnes per annum. This expansion is expected to increase annual copper production to over 600,000 tonnes. A Phase 4 expansion is planned for later in the decade, which will involve another 5.0 Mtpa concentrator, bringing the total processing capacity to 19.2 Mtpa. A 2023 Preliminary Economic Assessment includes a mine life extension to 42 years, incorporating four new underground mines (Kamoa 3, 4, 5, and 6).

Overview
The Kinskuch property is now part of Dolly Varden Silver's larger Kitsault Valley Project, which is located in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia. The acquisition has significantly increased Dolly Varden's land holdings in the area, consolidating a district-scale claim package that also includes the Dolly Varden and Homestake Ridge projects. Dolly Varden Silver is an exploration company and intends to conduct further exploration on the Kinskuch property. The property is considered prospective for precious metals and is on the same structural and stratigraphic belts as other high-grade deposits in the region.

Expansion
An updated, independent technical report was announced on 31 March 2026. Due to a focus on developing long-term infrastructure, production guidance for 2026 was revised to between 290,000 and 330,000 tonnes of copper anodes, and for 2027 to between 380,000 and 420,000 tonnes of copper anodes. The company targets annual production to increase to over 500,000 tonnes of copper from 2028 onwards. This ramp-up is supported by the Phase 1, 2, and 3 concentrators operating at a steady-state rate of 17 million tonnes per annum. The expansion includes the development of four new underground mines known as Kamoa 3, 4, 5, and 6. A potential Phase 4 expansion is also supported by the large mineral resource.
