Vault Minerals Limited is an intermediate gold producer with a diversified portfolio, engaging in exploration, mine development, operations, and the sale of gold and gold/copper concentrate in Australia and Canada. Formerly Red 5 Limited, it changed its name in September 2024 and was incorporated in 1995. The company’s portfolio is centred on the Leonora Operations, including King of the Hills and Darlot, plus Mount Monger and the Deflector gold-copper operation. Sugar Zone in Ontario provides longer-term restart exposure. Vault was formed from the Red 5 and Silver Lake combination, bringing together established Western Australian processing infrastructure, operating teams and growth assets. The company has agreed to merge with Regis Resources in an all-scrip transaction that would create a larger Australian gold producer, subject to completion conditions.
