Standard Uranium Ltd. is a Vancouver-based uranium exploration and project-generator company focused on Athabasca-style uranium targets in northern Saskatchewan, Canada. The company’s portfolio spans more than 232,864 acres across one of the world’s leading high-grade uranium districts, with Davidson River positioned as its flagship asset and several partner-funded projects providing additional discovery exposure. Standard Uranium’s strategy combines direct exploration with earn-in structures designed to advance multiple targets while preserving capital. Rocas, Corvo and Brown Lake form part of its optioned project portfolio, while Sun Dog, Atlantic, Canary, Ascent and other assets provide wider basin-scale exploration coverage. Rocas is currently subject to a three-year earn-in option agreement with Collective Metals Inc., under which Collective can earn a 75% interest by funding C$4.5 million in exploration expenditures over three years. Standard Uranium remains operator of the drill program under the agreement.
