USA Rare Earth is a Nasdaq-listed rare earths and permanent magnet company building an integrated supply chain across mining, processing, metal and alloy production and magnet manufacturing. Its platform spans the Round Top project in Texas, rare earth processing and metallization assets in the United Kingdom and France, R&D in Colorado and magnet manufacturing in Stillwater, Oklahoma. In April 2026, the company agreed to acquire Serra Verde Group, owner of the Pela Ema rare earth mine in Brazil, in a transaction designed to extend its mine-to-magnet strategy beyond North America and deepen exposure to both light and heavy rare earth supply.

Serra Verde Group is the private rare earth developer and operator behind Brazil’s Pela Ema ionic clay rare earth project in Goiás, conducted through its principal subsidiary Serra Verde Pesquisa e Mineração. The group entered commercial production at Phase I of Pela Ema in early 2024 and has positioned the operation as the only large-scale producer outside Asia of all four magnetic rare earths, including dysprosium and terbium. Serra Verde is ramping and optimising the mine and processing plant while considering a Phase II expansion. In April 2026, it agreed to combine with USA Rare Earth as part of a broader mine-to-magnet rare earth supply chain strategy.
