Mongolian Mining Corporation is Mongolia’s largest internationally listed private mining company and a major producer and exporter of washed coking coal. Erdene Resource Development Corp. is a Canada-based public gold producer focused on Mongolia’s Khundii Minerals District. The company’s primary asset is the Bayan Khundii Gold Mine, a near-surface open-pit operation that achieved first gold pour in Q3 2025 and commercial production in Q1 2026. Bayan Khundii is held through Erdene Mongol LLC, a 50:50 joint venture with Mongolian Mining Corporation. Erdene also holds a 5% NSR royalty on production from the Khundii, Altan Nar and Ulaan licences after the first 400,000 ounces of recovered gold. The company trades on the TSX, MSE and OTCQX.
