ASX:AGO
Atlas Iron is an Australian iron ore mining company that operates in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. It was founded in 2004 and, after being listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the ticker AGO, was acquired by Hancock Prospecting in 2018 and subsequently delisted. As of July 2025, Atlas Iron is merging with Roy Hill to form Hancock Iron Ore, a new consolidated entity under the Hancock Prospecting umbrella.
