Regis Resources Ltd is an Australian gold producer listed on the ASX under RRL. The company’s operating portfolio is centred on Western Australia, led by the 100%-owned Duketon Operations and a 30% interest in the Tropicana Gold Mine, operated by AngloGold Ashanti. Regis also owns the McPhillamys Gold Project in New South Wales, one of Australia’s larger undeveloped open-pit gold projects. The company has agreed to merge with Vault Minerals in an all-scrip transaction that would materially expand its Western Australian operating base, annual production scale and processing footprint, subject to shareholder approval and completion conditions.
