American Consolidated Natural Resources (ACNR) is a privately held American coal mining company headquartered in St. Clairsville, Ohio. It is described as the largest underground coal mining company in the United States, producing approximately 30 million tons of coal annually. The company employs over 3,000 people. ACNR was formed in 2020 through the acquisition of assets from the bankrupt Murray Energy Corporation.
