Northern Minerals Limited’s Browns Range Heavy Rare Earths (HRE) Project is a major critical minerals development located about 160 km southeast of Halls Creek in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia. The project is focused on producing rare earth elements (REEs) — especially dysprosium (Dy) and terbium (Tb) — contained in xenotime mineralisation, which are essential for high‑performance permanent magnets used in electric vehicles, wind turbines and defence technologies.
