The Gag Island mine, officially operated by PT Gag Nikel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam), is located on Gag Island in the Raja Ampat Regency, West Papua, Indonesia. It is an open-cast operation targeting nickel laterite deposits.

Q1 2019 production: 414,000 wmt; 2020 target: up to 3 million tons; 56 million wmt nickel reserves.
Processing
No full-scale processing plant on Gag Island. Nickel ore is mined and shipped for processing at smelters elsewhere, such as the Weda Bay industrial park on Halmahera Island.

The Feronikel Haltim Project, also known as the Halmahera Timur Ferronickel Plant Development Project (P3FH), is a ferronickel smelter located in East Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia. The plant is designed with a production capacity of 13,500 tonnes of nickel contained in ferronickel (TNi) per year for its first line. This facility is intended to supplement the output from ANTAM's existing ferronickel plant in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, which has a capacity of 27,000 TNi. Once fully operational, the Feronikel Haltim Project will increase ANTAM's total installed ferronickel production capacity to 40,500 TNi.

The Pomalaa nickel mine, officially known as the Unit Bisnis Pertambangan Nikel Kolaka (Kolaka Nickel Mining Business Unit), is an active, open-cast mining operation. It is located in the sub-district of Pomalaa, Kolaka Regency, in the province of Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The mine is owned and operated by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam).

Combined production capacity of 27,000 tonnes of nickel contained in ferronickel (TNi) per year; 2024 production reached 20,103 TNi.
Processing
On-site processing of lateritic nickel ore into ferronickel shots using Rotary Kiln-Electric Furnace (RKEF) technology in FeNi II, III, and IV smelters.

Overview
The West Musgrave Project is a copper and nickel project in the Musgrave Province of Western Australia, approximately 1,300 km north-east of Perth. It includes the Nebo and Babel nickel-copper deposits. A final investment decision was made in September 2022, and construction began in November 2022.

The Cassini Mine is an underground nickel mine located in the Southern Goldfields region of Western Australia, approximately 60 kilometres south of the Kambalda township. It is part of the Kambalda Nickel Operations.

Planned 1.2 million tonnes of ore at 3.3% nickel grade over five years. Forecast to contribute 56% of Mincor's Kambalda Nickel Operations' total nickel-in-concentrate production. 45,029 tonnes of ore mined in Dec 2022 quarter (combined with Northern Operations).
