The Dalgaranga Gold Project is located approximately 65 km north-west of Mt Magnet. The operation, which was commissioned in 2018, was placed on care and maintenance in November 2022. The previous open-pit mining operation is transitioning to an underground mine focusing on the high-grade Never Never and Pepper deposits. Spartan Resources has received regulatory approvals for the mining and processing of underground ores. A feasibility study for the restart is anticipated in mid-2025, with a final investment decision to follow.
Production
The mine produced 71,153 ounces of gold in the 2022 financial year before being placed on care and maintenance. A future five-year mine plan is targeting gold production of 130,000-150,000 ounces per annum.
Processing
The project includes a 2.5 Mtpa carbon-in-leach (CIL) processing plant which is currently idle. Modifications to the mill are planned to handle high-grade underground ore. A paste plant will be established to support the underground mining operations.
Expansion

The project is located in Western Australia, approximately 120 kilometres north-west of Kalgoorlie, within the Eastern Goldfields. It is a gold mining operation. It includes several key deposits such as Riverina, Sand King, Missouri, and Waihi.
Production
For the financial year 2025, the Davyhurst mill processed 1,056,000 tonnes of ore at a grade of 3.0 grams per tonne, which resulted in the production of 91,010 ounces of gold. Production guidance for FY26 is 140,000 to 155,000 ounces.

The DeGrussa Copper-Gold Mine, located in Western Australia, 900 km north-east of Perth, is a VHMS deposit. Sandfire Resources NL holds 100% ownership. The mine operated as both open pit and underground, moving from discovery in April 2009 to first production in early 2012. Operations ceased in late 2022/early 2023, and it is now in care and maintenance.

Processing plant capacity of 1.5 to 1.6 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa). For the 2019 financial year, production was 69,394 tonnes of contained copper and 44,455 ounces of contained gold. In the half-year ending December 2012, the mine produced 37,573 tonnes of copper and 21,411 ounces of gold. For the full year ended June 2024, DeGrussa contributed 27,502 tonnes of copper and 19,122 ounces of gold.
