The Paddington Gold Mine is a major gold mining operation in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, centred around the Paddington Mill, which processes ore from various open‑pit and underground sources in the district.

The Prominent Hill Operation Expansion (PHOX) project is in progress, which includes the construction of the Wira Shaft. This project is forecast to be completed in the second half of the 2027 financial year for a total investment of US$0.9 billion. The Wira Shaft hoisting system is expected to extend the mine life to at least 2040. The shaft will have a capacity of 6.5Mtpa and will enable the electrification of the ore haulage system, replacing truck haulage. Monadelphous has been awarded a multidisciplinary construction contract for the surface materials handling system, winder building, and hoist, with the project execution period being 2024-2025.

In September 2022, Seabridge Gold received a Class 4 Quartz Exploration Permit from the Yukon Government, allowing for activities such as camp operations, line cutting, trenching, geological mapping, geophysical surveys, and drilling. Exploration programs, including drilling, took place in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, focused on identifying continuity of mineralization with the goal of moving the project towards resource delineation.

Contractors, including Hancon Mining Division Inc. and Dumas Mining, are utilised for specific mining activities such as ramp and lateral drift development, underground construction, and maintenance.

The Bell Creek Mine and Mill form the Bell Creek Complex, an integrated operation within Pan American Silver Corp.'s Timmins operation in Ontario, Canada. The Timmins operation includes the active underground Bell Creek Mine and Timmins West Mine, both supplying ore to the central Bell Creek Mill for processing.

The Timmins operation produced 132,900 ounces of gold and 16,000 ounces of silver in 2023. In 2024, production was 123,700 ounces of gold and 15,000 ounces of silver.

Ore from both the Bell Creek and Timmins West mines is processed at the Bell Creek Mill, which has a throughput capacity of approximately 4,400 tonnes per day. The conventional gold processing circuit involves single-stage crushing and grinding, gravity recovery, pre-oxidation, and cyanidation with carbon-in-leach (CIL) and carbon-in-pulp (CIP) recovery.

The mine features a 1,080-metre-deep production shaft and a paste backfill plant. The mill infrastructure includes a truck dump, a crusher building, a 6,000-tonne ore storage dome, and a Semi-Autogenous Grinding (SAG) mill.

Future developments for the Timmins operation include a planned expansion of the tailings storage facility and studies for a potential extension of the Bell Creek shaft. The company is also exploring satellite deposits, such as the Vogel Project, located near the Bell Creek Mine. The Bell Creek Mill has an arrangement to process material from Galleon Gold's nearby West Cache Gold Project on a tolling basis.

The Canadian Malartic Complex is located in the town of Malartic, in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region of Quebec, Canada. It is operated by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, which holds 100% ownership of the project.

For the year 2025, the total production from the Canadian Malartic Complex, including the Odyssey mine, was 642,612 ounces of gold from 20.1 million tonnes of processed ore.

The ore processing plant has the capacity to process 55,131 tonnes of ore daily. The processing method involves a primary and secondary crushing circuit, followed by a grinding circuit. The milled ore then goes through a leach circuit where gold and silver are dissolved. These precious metals are subsequently recovered using an activated charcoal circuit before being poured into dore bars.

The Casa Berardi mine is an active underground and open-pit gold operation in the Abitibi region of Quebec, which commenced production in 1988. Orezone Gold Corporation acquired 100% ownership from Hecla Mining Company on March 25, 2026. The mine has produced over 3.2 million ounces of gold. A 2023 technical report outlined a 14-year open-pit reserve mine plan, with mining of the WMCP pit scheduled between 2032 and 2037.

Ore is processed at a mill with a capacity of 3,730 tonnes per day, with a potential maximum output of 4,400 tonnes per day. The process involves a primary jaw crusher, a semi-autogenous grinding (SAG) mill, and a ball mill operating in a closed circuit with cyclones.
