Workforce
The construction workforce was anticipated to peak at 735 personnel and average approximately 500 during the main construction phase.
Overview
The Kirazlı Gold and Silver Project is located in the Çanakkale Province of northwestern Turkey, approximately 30 kilometres from the city of Çanakkale. It was designed as a conventional open-pit, heap-leach operation.
Production
A 2017 feasibility study outlined average annual production projected at 104,000 ounces of gold and life-of-mine production of 540,000 ounces. The proven and probable mineral reserves were stated as 26.1 million tonnes grading 0.79 grams per tonne of gold and 12.0 grams per tonne of silver.
Processing
The planned processing method involved a two-stage crushing process, with ore to be processed at an average rate of 15,000 tonnes per day. The crushed ore would then be subject to a heap leach process using cyanide to separate the gold and silver.
Equipment
Planned equipment for the mining operations included heavy-duty machinery such as rock trucks, loaders, dozers, and excavators. The processing plant was to include a primary crusher.
Expansion
Construction activities were suspended in October 2019 pending the renewal of its Turkish mining concessions. In October 2025, Alamos Gold announced the sale of its wholly-owned Turkish subsidiary, which owned the Kirazlı project, to Tümad Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.

GoldSilver
Mine life
5 years
Workforce
The operation sustains 450 direct jobs.
Overview
La Yaqui Grande is an operating mine owned by Alamos Gold Inc. in Sonora, Mexico, part of the Mulatos District.
Production
The first gold pour produced 991 ounces. In 2024, the Mulatos District, with La Yaqui Grande as the primary operation, produced 205,000 ounces of gold. For the full year 2025, the Mulatos District produced 141,600 ounces of gold, with La Yaqui Grande contributing 107,300 ounces. Stacking rates for the full year 2025 averaged 11,300 tonnes per day.
Processing
La Yaqui Grande utilises a heap leach process. The ore undergoes a three-stage crushing circuit before being agglomerated, stacked on an independent leach pad, and leached. The resulting gold-bearing solution is processed through carbon columns, and the loaded carbon is then taken to the main Mulatos plant for final processing.
Equipment
The mine has a separate crushing and screening circuit equipped with Sandvik machinery. This includes a CJ-615 Jaw Crusher, a CH-860i Secondary Cone Crusher, two CH-865i Tertiary Cone Crushers, a SG-1541 Grizzly Feeder, and three SL3062 Vibrating Screens. The processing plant has a capacity of around 700 tons of ore per hour.

Mine life
19 years
Workforce
In February 2023, the mine had 500 full-time employees and 500 contractors, with plans to increase the full-time workforce to approximately 600 after the current expansion phase.
Overview
Island Gold is an operating underground gold mine owned by Alamos Gold Inc. It is located in the province of Ontario, Canada, approximately 83 kilometres northeast of Wawa and near the town of Dubreuilville. The project is often referred to as the "Island Gold District," which comprises the high-grade Island Gold underground mine and the adjacent, large-tonnage Magino open-pit mine. Alamos Gold holds 100% ownership of the project. The primary commodity is gold. The mine is currently in production and is undergoing a significant expansion.
Production
Current processing capacity at Kremzar mill is 1,200 tonnes-per-day. Phase 3+ Expansion is designed to increase throughput to 2,400 tonnes per day. The broader 'Island Gold District' expansion plan targets a combined processing rate of 20,000 tonnes per day (3,000 tpd from underground and 17,000 tpd from the open pit) by 2028, projected to increase average annual gold production to 534,000 ounces. For 2025, the Island Gold District produced 250,400 ounces of gold.
Processing
Underground ore is processed at the on-site 1,200 tonnes-per-day Kremzar mill, with additional ore processed at the larger, adjacent Magino mill. Processing involves primary and secondary crushing, grinding, a gravity recovery circuit, cyanide leach, and a carbon-in-pulp/leach circuit to produce gold bars. The expanded Magino mill will eventually process all ore from both Island Gold underground and Magino open-pit operations.
Equipment
New shaft, new paste plant for backfill. Transition to shaft hoisting will significantly reduce the required haul truck fleet. The broader Island Gold District, which includes the Magino open-pit, utilises a fleet of haul trucks, hydraulic shovels, and front-end loaders.
Expansion
Significant Phase 3+ Expansion underway, including a new shaft to 1,379 metres depth, expected to be completed in late 2026. A significant expansion of the Magino mill to 20,000 tonnes per day is underway. A broader 'Island Gold District' expansion plan targets a combined processing rate of 20,000 tonnes per day by 2028.
