Overview
Andean Silver is conducting exploration and drilling with the aim of restarting the mine. A mining plan was expected to be submitted in the second half of 2025. An internal scoping study has commenced, with a feasibility study planned for completion in late 2026.
Production
The mine is not currently in production. Historically, from 1995 to 2016, the mine produced over 45 million ounces of silver and 650,000 ounces of gold.
Processing
The site includes an existing 1,500 tonnes per day (500,000 tonnes per year) flotation plant which is on "warm idle". There is consideration of potentially increasing the plant's capacity to 700,000 tonnes per year. Historical metallurgical recoveries were between 90-92% for silver and 89-91% for gold.
Equipment
The site has established infrastructure including the processing plant, a fully permitted tailings storage facility, power, and over 30km of established underground mines. Specific details on mobile and stationary equipment have not been released.
Expansion
Andean Silver has been actively engaged in an aggressive exploration and resource growth campaign since acquiring the project. The company is using three drill rigs for its 2025/2026 drilling program. The current plan is for a 10-year mine life, with a goal of extending this to 20 years.

Production
Production overview - 2024: gold 42323 oz; 2022: gold 42300 oz.
Processing
The Björkdal plant uses conventional crushing and grinding, followed by a combination of gravity and flotation processing to recover gold into concentrates. The processing plant has a capacity of approximately 1.4 million tonnes per annum.
Expansion
A sustained exploration program is ongoing. Recent successes include the discovery of a new high-grade underground skarn zone, the Lake Zone Skarn, announced in July 2025, which is located near existing infrastructure and is expected to provide higher-grade ore to the mill in the near term. Another new mineralisation zone, the 'North Zone Below Marble', was announced in March 2025. There is also a focus on expanding the nearby Storheden deposit, located approximately 600 metres from the Björkdal mine. Drilling has extended the known mineralisation at Storheden, and it is seen as an opportunity to create a distinct new production area. In March 2026, a project was initiated to expand and raise the tailings dams to increase reservoir capacity for future mining operations, with completion expected in stages by 2027.

Mining at the Hub open pit is conducted by Genesis Mining Services (GMS), the in-house mining division of Genesis Minerals.
Overview
The Redcliffe Project is located 45-60km northeast of Leonora in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia and comprises the Redcliffe, Hub, GTS, Nambi, Kelly, Bindy and Mesa Westlode deposits. Final mining approvals for the high-grade Hub open pit deposit were received in October 2023, following an access agreement with the Department of Defence and Ministerial consent to mine. This transitioned the project from development to an operational status. Mining at the Hub open pit, the second operation for Genesis Mining Services (GMS), began ahead of schedule. The project's strategic location allows ore to be directed to either the Leonora or Laverton processing facilities, providing significant operational flexibility. As of 30 June 2023, the Redcliffe Project's Mineral Resources stood at 673,000 ounces and Ore Reserves at 141,000 ounces. An updated Mineral Resource estimate for the entire Redcliffe Project as at 8 April 2025 totalled 12 million tonnes at 1.7 g/t for 670,000 ounces of gold. This includes the Hub deposit, which has a Mineral Resource of 1.2 million tonnes at 4.4 g/t for 170,000 ounces. Drilling has confirmed the potential for a future underground mine at Hub, which remains open at depth.

Workforce
The workforce for the project will be primarily on a fly-in, fly-out basis.
Overview
The Bruno-Lewis Project is an open-pit gold mine currently under development in the northeastern goldfields of the Archaean Yilgarn Block in Western Australia. Genesis Minerals Limited acquired the project, along with the Raeside gold project, from Kin Mining NL for A$53.5 million in February 2024. The project features shallow mineralisation, low strip ratios, and a significant amount of oxide ore, which is anticipated to allow for high milling productivity.
Production
Mining activities at the Bruno-Lewis Project are scheduled to commence in late 2025. Historically, a trial pit was mined at the site in 2010 by Navigator Resources, which resulted in the production of approximately 7,400 ounces of gold from around 100,000 tonnes of processed ore. The project has a mineral resource of 12.6 million tonnes at 1.0 gram per tonne for 408,000 ounces of gold, which includes an oxide resource of 3.2 million tonnes at 1.2 grams per tonne for 119,000 ounces.
Processing
Ore from the Bruno-Lewis Project is planned to be processed at Genesis Minerals' Laverton mill, located approximately 60 kilometres away, which has a processing capacity of 2.9 million tonnes per annum. The restart of the Laverton mill was brought forward to October 2024, with the first gold pour expected in early November 2024. Metallurgical testing of the Bruno-Lewis ore has indicated it is free milling with an average processing recovery of 93%.
Expansion
Development plans for the site include the creation of two open pit void complexes, two waste rock landforms, and two run-of-mine pads. A clearing permit for up to 400 hectares of native vegetation was granted in September 2025.
