Expansion
Following open pit mining in 2016 and 2017, Genesis has developed the Ulysses underground mine. The portal for the underground operation was established in March 2024. A ramp-up of development was achieved during the first half of FY25, with 4.8km of lateral advance. By June 30, 2025, stoping was complete on the first production level. In January 2026, Genesis Minerals announced its intention to award a four-year underground mining contract for its Leonora operations, which includes the Gwalia and Ulysses mines, to Byrnecut Australia Pty Ltd. Full mobilisation for this contract is planned for early May 2026. The production ramp-up at Ulysses underground was noted as a major operational milestone in the first half of fiscal year 2026.

Production overview - 2025: silver 15400000 oz, gold 147433 oz; 2024: silver 4500000 oz, gold 50000 oz.
Processing
Ore is processed at the 2,500 tonne-per-day capacity Tayoltita mill. The process involves conventional crushing and grinding, followed by cyanidation and zinc precipitation to recover gold and silver. The final product is silver and gold doré bars, which are then sent to refineries in Mexico and the United States.
Equipment
The mine utilises long-hole stoping and mechanised cut-and-fill mining methods. Equipment includes load-haul-dump (LHD) machines, haul trucks, drill jumbos, and jackleg drills.
Expansion
First Majestic has been actively engaged in exploration programs at San Dimas to test new mineral targets and convert mineral resources to reserves. Drilling in 2024 and 2025 has intersected significant high-grade silver and gold mineralisation in multiple veins, including the Perez, Sinaloa-Elia, Santa Teresa, and the newly discovered Coronado vein. These results suggest potential for resource expansion and future production growth. The company planned to invest approximately $182 million in capital expenditures in 2025 for sustaining and expansionary projects across its operations, with a focus on exploration and development at San Dimas and Santa Elena. For 2025, approximately 14,000 metres of underground development was planned for the San Dimas mine.

177 direct employees (as of August 2023)
Overview
The Pumpkin Hollow Project is located near Yerington in Lyon County, Nevada, USA. It is a high-grade iron-oxide copper-gold (IOCG) deposit, comprising Eastern Area (underground) and Western Area (open-pit) deposits. As of late 2025, Kinterra Capital is advancing the restart of the underground mine and progressing the adjacent Southwest Open Pit project towards construction readiness.
Production
The underground mine was designed to produce 5,000 short tons per day. The first phase of open-pit development has a capacity of 37,000 short tons per day, expanding to 70,000 in the second phase. In 2023, the mine produced over 27,000 tons of copper concentrate.
Processing
Underground ore processing involves a concentrator designed to process 5,000 short tonnes per day, using a primary jaw crusher, SAG mill, ball mill, and rougher/cleaner flotation units to produce concentrate. Expected recovery rates are 92% for copper, 78% for gold, and 70% for silver. The open-pit processing plan includes a throughput concentrator in the first phase, with a second phase to add a milling and flotation circuit.
Equipment
Underground crusher and conveyor system, Geho de-watering pumps, rehabilitated ore passes, SAG mill, ball mill, pebble crusher, classifying cyclones, main production shaft, three ventilation shafts.
Expansion
Open-pit development is planned in two phases, with the first phase having a capacity of 37,000 short tons per day, expanding to 70,000 in the second phase. The adjacent Southwest Open Pit project is projected to have a 20-year mine life.
