Overview
This historic underground mine has reportedly produced approximately 2 million tonnes of ore at a grade of 2% copper and 0.3 g/t gold since mining began in 1964. The mineralisation is associated with a sequence of moderately east-dipping sandstone and limestone/andesite units with extensive skarn alteration.
