Kingston No. 2 mine produced 485,171 short tons in 2021 and 376,461 short tons in 2022. The developing Wildcat Mine is projected to produce 1 million tons of low-volatility metallurgical coal annually by late 2025. Annual deep mine production for the complex is expected to peak at 1.6 million tons in 2033, with surface production peaking at 2.6 million tons in 2029.

Coal processing occurs at two main facilities: the Kingston Preparation Plant (design feed rate capacity of 700 raw tons per hour, uses heavy media vessels, heavy media cyclones, spirals, and flotation cells) and the Mammoth Preparation Plant (feed rate of 1,200 raw tons per hour, uses a heavy media vessel, low-density cyclones, spirals, and column flotation).
