The Twentymile Mine, also known as the Foidel Creek Mine, is an active underground thermal coal mine located in Routt County, in northwest Colorado, United States. It is operated by Twentymile Coal, LLC, an indirect subsidiary wholly owned by Peabody Energy. The mine was opened in 1983 and was acquired by Peabody Energy in 2004.
